Professional Training: Our team comprises experienced, insured, and professional fitness personnel, dedicated to equipping our young people with the skills necessary for safe and efficient participation in ALL SPORTS with an extra special focus on Obstacle Course Races.

Dynamic Obstacle Training: We offer a variety of obstacles to challenge and enhance every one of our FitIQ Juniors the ability to run, jump, climb, crawl, balance, swing, and carry. This comprehensive approach ensures a full-body workout, targeting all aspects of fitness.
