Aged 10-15 years and previous experience with OCR/ninja.
1st hour coached and work as a team on agility, core, and OCR rig loops.
2nd hour free time and 100m skills work.
All levels welcomed, respected and challenged.
Bring a water bottle and healthy snack, and wear cleanish trainers please.
