90 minutes Coaching Session with Lou Ferriman. Supported by British OCR level 2 trainers and GB racers.
Session includes warm, up, agility work, team work, strength/grip and skills/technical, and a mini race simulation. All skill levels welcomed, respected and challenged.
Good preparation for Tartan Warrior and the 3k series and a chance to train and socialise with OCR atheletes from around the country.
followed by 30 minutes free time/play
Parents are encouraged to drop and go and epxlore local area/grab a coffee in nearby village as space is limited and return for free time. If your child prefers you to be there of course you are most welcome.
All juniors must bring a water bottle , wear suitable sports clothes and trainers/cleanish trails. There is a portaloo but no fresh running water. layers and gloves recommnded in winter months. Fully covered training centre with some outdoor running.
