This session is designed specifically for Years 7 to 11 children who want to push their limits, discover new strengths, and have an absolute blast while doing it! Join us every Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00 for an action-packed hour of obstacle challenges, ninja training, and fun that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on the world!

Welcome to the FitIQ Tunnel, a one-of-a-kind space where top athletes, including TeamGB Juniors, World and British OCR Champions, and even real-life Ninja Warriors train. This is the ultimate training ground for those serious about conquering obstacles—and now, it's YOUR turn to be part of the FITIQ Junior Obstable Team! Whether you're scaling walls, crawling through tunnels, or swinging across monkey bars, every challenge at FitIQ is designed to help you push yourself, build resilience, and have fun.

What You’ll Do at FitIQ Junior OCR & Ninja Club

• Dynamic Obstacle Course Racing (OCR):
  Race through custom ninja rigs, conquer rope and wall climbs, balance on beams, and more! Our obstacles are designed to challenge your strength, agility, and coordination, all while having fun.

• Fitness for Every Athlete:
  OCR builds strength, endurance, and confidence. You’ll develop key skills like climbing, jumping, balancing, and crawling—improving your fitness for any sport you enjoy.

• World-Class Coaching:
  Train with elite coaches like Lou Ferriman, 4X World Champion OCR racer, and Shylla Duhaney, real-life Ninja Warrior. Their expertise will help you push your limits and achieve your goals.
