Looking for an active, exciting way to spend time together as a family? Join us at FitIQ Cookham for our Family OCR Pay and Play Session — a relaxed, fun-filled morning where everyone can get stuck in, challenge themselves, and enjoy the world of obstacle course racing at their own pace.

Perfect for all ages and abilities, this session offers a chance to try out our OCR rigs, build confidence on obstacles, do some light strength and conditioning, and most importantly — have a great time together.

Whether you're brand new to OCR or already have a few muddy medals between you, this is your chance to explore, play, and connect with other like-minded families in a supportive, inclusive environment.
