Welcome to FitIQ Junior OCR & Ninja Club, where every young person is welcomed, encouraged, and supported. These small group sessions are designed to help children build confidence, move with purpose, and enjoy being part of something positive.
With Lou from FitIQ and teachers from Harmony, the focus is on teamwork and care as much as it is on movement and skill. Together we create an environment where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to try new things.
Movement and fun: Blending obstacle course challenges, strength, and coordination in a way that feels exciting and achievable.
Small group focus: Sessions are capped at 6 pupils so that every child gets individual attention and support.
Inclusive environment: Whatever their background, experience, or starting point, each child is given the chance to succeed at their own pace.
Positive role models: Led by Lou Ferriman, World OCR Champion, alongside Harmony teachers who know the children well.
FitIQ isn’t just about training. It’s about building resilience, teamwork, and self-belief. Every child is encouraged to take part, to celebrate progress, and to enjoy being part of a group where everyone matters.
These sessions help children:
Gain confidence in themselves
Build strength and coordination in a safe way
Develop focus and resilience
Experience a sense of belonging and shared achievement
Respect – Teamwork – Inclusivity – Care – Fun
There are no try-outs, no performance pressure, and no comparisons. Just encouragement, challenge, and pride in what each child can do.
