OPEN Rig Play - £20 (14+)

FITIQ Open Rig Play

Open Rig Play is an uncoached training session for anyone aged 14 or over who wants dedicated time to practice OCR skills and train independently.

You do not need to attend any other classes to join this session.

Participants can use the rigs and obstacles to practice technique, repeat skills and work towards their own training goals. National team athletes may also be training during these sessions, giving participants the opportunity to train alongside some of the country’s leading OCR competitors.

From 20:00 to 21:00, participants are also welcome to use the cardio machines and fitness equipment.

This is not a coached class. Participants must train responsibly, use the equipment safely and follow all instructions and facility rules.

Our values apply throughout every session:

RESPECT • TEAMWORK • INCLUSIVITY • DISCIPLINE • FUN

FITIQ is accredited by British Obstacle Sports.

Note: This is an Uncoached session. The rigs will be set up for OCR 100m for this session.
